Nice building in wrong location. Located in old Ishwar nager opp NFC market near Modi Flyover. Very nice building for corporate offices, very green, open with good lightning. Many good companies like Airtel, IBM, Sterling & Wilson, Yokogawa etc. The main drawback is approach to building which is very difficult and tricky that a new person will miss it. Crossing the road is very risky. Parking is limited and they don't allow visitor parking. Roads are not maintained and in rainy season it is pathetic. Area is not safe after late evening.

Major issue with parking and approach. As there is lack of parking the service road is being illegally used for parking . This makes the approach and exit from the premises extremely difficult

This is a multiple office building that has a gallery which often hosts exhibitions. There are multiple prestigious offices of companies like Paras, Tata Steel etc. This is close to Okhla station. Not a place for hanging around though. Mainly an office area with ample parking space. There's enough greenery inside the campus too. Security guards are always at work and it is a safe place for work. The gallery hosts numerous exhibitions which are accessible to public view free of cost. Flyers and posters inform you about the timings and days of the exhibition dates. Overall a safe and happy working space.

It's the TATA office where millions dream to work. There is parking crunch always, it is more suitable if you come by public transport - taxi suited best. The nearest metro station is NSIC OKHLA but one can reach there from ASHRAM metro also by taking e-rickshaw.

The Mira corporate suites is a nice place to work as there are many offices in the same premises, it has got a different ambiance all together. the place is nice clean and well maintained. the only downside of the place is its parking and accessibility from the road, although there is a good approach road from the service Lane but it is sometimes blocked at one side and sometimes heavy vehicles travel from those Road making it difficult to come to Mira corporate suites by car. There is a serious security issue outside the building as it is adjacent to the Okhla Railway Station approach Road lot of goons and anti social elements assemble in those areas After Dark it is always advised to take the help of the security people of the building while going out after office if it is dark.

Very clean corporate space, Thank God there is separate toilet available just next to the building for service staff or out sider
